4-column hydraulic press 50T
Hydraulic press with progressive die, automatic strip feeding and fully automatic production cycle.
Fabrit designed and delivered a 50-ton four-column hydraulic press integrating forming, marking, hole punching and trimming into a single automated process. The machine uses a progressive die and automatic strip feeding to reduce intermediate handling and operator involvement.
The project covered the technological concept, mechanical design, progressive tooling, integration of the feeding system, commissioning and optimisation of the automatic cycle.
Yes. Every hydraulic press can be engineered for a specific process, required pressing force, workpiece dimensions, stroke, daylight, cycle time, tooling and operating method.
The required force is determined by the technological process. We can develop smaller laboratory and assembly presses as well as significantly higher-force industrial machines. Final parameters are based on process calculations, machine geometry and required safety factors.
Yes. Hydraulic presses can be integrated with feeders, conveyors, manipulators, robots, sensors and process monitoring systems. Automatic material loading, part transfer and unloading can be included in the project.
