1.9 t Pneumatic Press with Heated Tooling
Custom 1.9 t pneumatic press for precision forming with independently heated die and punch, vacuum support and air blow-off.

Fabrit designed and built a custom pneumatic press for precision forming under controlled temperature conditions. The machine combines a 1.9 t mould closing force with independently heated tooling and auxiliary vacuum and air blow-off systems.
The complete workstation was developed as a turnkey solution, including mechanical design, pneumatic integration, heating systems, assembly, testing and commissioning.
Challenge
The forming process required stable closing force, accurate temperature control and reliable separation of the finished part after each cycle.
The key engineering challenge was to integrate pneumatic pressing, independently controlled heating and auxiliary process systems within a compact machine suitable for repeatable serial production.
Implemented solution
- Pneumatic press with a mould closing force of 1.9 t.
- Independent heating of the die and punch.
- Vacuum system supporting the forming process.
- Air blow-off system assisting part release after forming.
- Compact machine architecture combining pressing, heating and process support systems.
- Design optimised for stable and repeatable serial production.
Results
The project resulted in a complete forming workstation providing repeatable closing force and independent temperature control of the tooling.
The integrated vacuum and air blow-off systems support the forming and part-release stages, improving process stability and repeatability during serial production.
