3D Scanning and Reverse Engineering

We perform 3D scanning of machine parts, assemblies, and entire machines. The resulting point cloud is used for the process of Reverse Engineering or Quality Control. In the Reverse Engineering process, we create Technical Documentation based on which identical parts can be manufactured. During Quality Control, we compare the generated point cloud with the 3D CAD model, resulting in a dimensional deviation report.
